We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window

We accept return and exchange requests within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
In their original condition with all tags attached
In the original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during clearance events
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
Items returned without original tags or packaging
Innerwear or items for hygiene reasons

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email us at within 7 days of receiving your order
Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
If approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
We recommend using a trackable courier service. Underline is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method or as store credit, at your preference.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested size or colour is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a full refund.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us at within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
